Cancellation Policy

At OutMazed® Design, we strive to provide exceptional design, renovation, and project management services. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have established a clear cancellation policy to guide our clients.

Cancellation Eligibility

Design & Build, Turnkey Renovations, Pools & Landscape, Fitout & Joinery, Project Management company for Residential and Commercial projects

Consultation Appointments:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees.

No refunds will be issued for missed or late-canceled appointments.

Design Services:

Full Cancellation with Refund: Allowed if canceled before work has commenced.

Partial Refund (50%): If canceled after initial concept presentation but before final design delivery.

Non-Refundable: If the cancellation occurs after final design files and drawings have been delivered.

Project Execution & Build Services:

Cancellations are only possible before procurement of materials and before the commencement of work.

Once work has started or materials have been purchased, cancellations are not permitted.

Custom Design Orders & Special Requests

Non-Cancellable: Custom and bespoke design orders cannot be canceled once the design work has started or materials have been ordered.

If there are quality concerns, we may offer revisions or adjustments rather than a cancellation.

Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

If a project is delayed or canceled due to uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, supplier disruptions, or government restrictions, we will evaluate cancellation and refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Fees

A processing fee of 2% may apply to cancellations depending on the stage of the project.

Third-party fees for procured materials, labor, or supplier services may also be deducted from the refund amount.
