Architect with a strong background in Civil Engineering. This role involves leading renovation projects from concept to completion, integrating civil
engineering principles to ensure structural soundness, safety, and high-quality execution. The ideal candidate is both a creative visionary and a
practical problem solver with a keen understanding of renovation-specific challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Project Design and Planning: Develop creative and practical architectural designs for renovation projects, ensuring they align with client specifications and regulatory standards.
Structural Assessment: Conduct structural evaluations of existing buildings to assess stability and identify potential renovation constraints or opportunities.
Integration of Engineering Principles: Apply civil engineering knowledge to inform and guide the design process, ensuring all modifications meet safety, sustainability, and performance standards.
Technical Documentation: Produce detailed blueprints, CAD drawings, and 3D models that incorporate both architectural and civil engineering elements.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to UAE building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand renovation goals, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.
