Refund Policy

At OutMazed® Design, we are committed to delivering high-quality design, renovation, and project management services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to maintain a fair and transparent refund policy.
 

Eligibility for Refunds

Design & Build, Turnkey Renovations, Pools & Landscape, Fitout & Joinery, Project Management company for Residential and Commercial projects
 

Consultation Fees: Non-refundable once the consultation session is completed.

Design Services:

Full Refund: If canceled before design work has begun.

Partial Refund (50%): If canceled after the initial concept presentation.

Non-Refundable: Once final designs and drawings have been delivered.

Project Execution & Build Services: Refunds are not available once materials have been procured or work has commenced. If the project is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we may offer alternative solutions instead of refunds.
 

Custom Design Orders & Special Requests

Non-Refundable: All custom orders, bespoke designs, or tailor-made solutions are non-refundable once work has started or materials have been ordered.

If there are defects or quality concerns, we will offer corrections or revisions instead of a refund.
 

Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

If a project is canceled due to uncontrollable factors (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will review refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
 

Administrative Fees

A processing fee of 2% may be deducted from eligible refunds to cover administrative and transaction costs. For third-party services (e.g., supplier materials, furniture procurement), refunds depend on the supplier’s refund policy.
 

Refund Processing Time & Method

Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment.

Refunds will be completed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
 

Non-Refundable Cases

Completed design services where the final design files/drawings have been delivered.

Project cancellations after procurement or work commencement.

Change of mind after work has begun.

Delays caused by client-side factors (e.g., late approvals, lack of information).
